Hepatosplenic gammadelta-T-cell lymphoma (HSTCL) is a rare extranodal T-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (T-NHL) with only 46 well-documented cases in medical literature. Notably, a relatively high number of these case reports (15%) describe the occurrence of HSTCL after solid organ transplantation. Human endogenous retroviruses (HERVs) represent 8% of the human genome. The expression of HERVs and their immune impact have not been extensively studied in Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). OBJECTIVE: To construct the P210(T315I-BCR/ABL) transgenic mice model.
METHODS: The transgenic vector in which the P210(T315I-BCR/ABL) gene and eGFP gene was derived by APN/CD13 promoter was constructed and microinjected into the single-cell fertilized eggs of C57 mice. Transgene integration was conformed by PCR genotyping and P210(T315I-BCR/ABL) expression levels was evaluated by RT-PCR. OBJECTIVE: Graves' disease (GD) and Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) are characterized by lymphocytic infiltrates partly resembling secondary lymphoid follicles in the thyroid. We report the findings of three new cases of a distinct clinicopathologic natural killer (NK) cell malignancy characterized by cutaneous, nodal and bone marrow infiltration by CD3-CD4+CD56+ NK blastic cells. BACKGROUND: Differentiation syndrome (DS) is a life-threatening complication that may be seen in patients with acute promyelocytic leukaemia undergoing induction therapy with all-trans retinoic acid or arsenic trioxide. It can lead to severe inflammatory response syndrome and shock if adequate measures are not taken immediately. The radiological features of lung nodules with changes in ground-glass opacity can represent DS. The principal unique feature of the case reported here is that the diagnosis of DS was based on imaging results in the absence of a low total leukocyte count.
