BACKGROUND: Community-based voluntary counselling and testing contributes to early HIV diagnoses among key populations. Testing data from such decentralized services is however often not standardized nor linked to national surveillance systems. This study aimed to support the integration of community testing data into respective national surveillance and monitoring and evaluation systems for those infections. OBJECTIVE: To systematically review the evidence for the use of cognitive screening tools for adults with postlingual hearing loss.
DATA SOURCES: PubMed, Embase, Scopus, PsycINFO (EBSCO), CINAHL (EBSCO), and CENTRAL (Cochrane Library) electronic databases were searched from inception until October 4, 2018.
REVIEW METHODS: Articles were reviewed for inclusion by 2 independent reviewers. The references of included articles were hand-searched for additional relevant articles. Data were extracted by 2 independent extractors.

Primary aldosteronism (PA) represents the leading cause of endocrine hypertension, accounting for 4-13 % of all cases. Simultaneously, it is the most common endocrine form of hypertension that can be cured by surgery. PURPOSE: Three facilities, involved in introducing a model of Allied Health Assistant (AHA) delegated dysphagia screening, examined barriers and facilitators to service implementation.
MATERIALS AND METHODS: The 3 facilities varied in size, services and location. AHAs (n = 4) and speech-language therapists (SLTs; n = 4) directly involved in implementation at each site completed semi-structured interviews exploring the implementation experience. Analysis was guided by the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR).
