INTRODUCTION: Ocular surface squamous neoplasia (OSSN) is the most common conjunctival and limbic malignant tumor that could resemble a pterygium in the early phase of the disease.

We describe a free-floating cyst in the anterior chamber after cataract surgery in a 73-year-old woman who underwent uneventful phacoemulsification in her right eye (OD). PURPOSE: To assess the efficacy and safety of topical imiquimod 5% cream in the treatment of eyelid basal cell carcinoma.
METHODS: Four patients with eyelid basal cell carcinoma were treated with imiquimod once daily, 5 days per week, for 6 weeks. PURPOSE: To report a case with necrotizing scleritis due to varicella-zoster infection.
METHODS: The patient records were evaluated. The present literature was investigated using MEDLINE. A six-year-old boy with varicella infection was admitted to our clinic with redness, pain, and lid edema on the right eye. Slit lamp examination revealed lid edema, purulent secretion, conjunctival injection and chemosis, and inferotemporal scleral necrosis. Purpose: To report the clinical profile of cataract and its surgical management in a scleritis cohort from India.Methods: We conducted a retrospective review of medical records of 39 eyes of 32 consecutive patients with scleritis who underwent cataract surgery in a tertiary eye care institute.Results: The mean age at presentation was 50.9 ± 11.1 years and 65.6% of the patients were female. Five patients (15.6%) were ≤ 40 years of age. Necrotizing scleritis (56.4%) was the most common subtype of scleritis in this cohort followed by diffuse anterior scleritis (28.2%), nodular scleritis (12.8%).
