We report the case of a 68-year-old man affected by severe oropharyngeal dysphagia for solid food, who had undergone tonsillectomy when he was 22 years old. Little experience of computed tomography (CT) evaluation of spinal infection has been reported. We collected 20 patients with spinal infection studied with CT.
