Objective:Explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies of recurrent multiple chondritis in children with airway involvement as the main cause. Methods:From June 2021 to May 2023, five children with relapsing polychondritis were admitted to our department, all of whom met the Damiani criteria. Tracheotomy was performed in all five patients.
