A 41 years old female patient experienced enlarged right nipple more than 6 years ago. Physical examination showed enlarged and hardened right nipple (about 2 cm) but no tenderness. Mammographic results showed the mixed calcification pattern, which was presenting multiple sizes of circular and granular calcification of the nipple areola complex. This case presenting a rare occurrence of Molluscum contagiosum (MC) on the nipple of a nineteen-month-old toddler. Clinical and dermoscopy examination revealed yellowish papule consistent with Molluscum contagiosum (MC). The lesion was extracted using a 30-gauge syringe needle. After two months, a follow-up dermoscopy revealed total clearing. This case illustrates how uncommon MC is in unusual places, like toddler's nipple, and shows how useful dermoscopy is for making diagnosis and treatment easier.

Nipple secretion is a common condition; it can occur in men and women, and be uni- or bilateral. It is related to hormonal changes, physical stimulation, intracerebral processes and certain drugs, and it is divided into three types: galactorrhoea, clear/bloody or viscous. Only the clear/bloody type is an indication of breast malignancy. Malignancy should always be ruled out in the presence of breast tumours. Treatment is determined by aetiology, and can vary from patient education, medications to surgery.
