Rheumatoid cardiac nodules are a rare finding in patients with seropositive rheumatoid arthritis. They infrequently become symptomatic but can present as valvular insufficiency. A 53-year-old man with rheumatoid arthritis was found to have worsening aortic insufficiency. Autoimmune inflammatory reaction after vaccination is a rare clinical entity. Reactive arthritis has been described after various vaccinations, but not after mpox vaccination. Here we present a case of recently diagnosed reactive arthritis after mpox vaccination that presented in the context of unrelenting fever and diarrhea complicated by migratory arthritis and anterior uveitis. We have reported this case to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).

Here we report a case of sarcoidosis which demonstrated with bilateral ankle arthritis. We usually do not consider sarcoidosis routinely for the differential diagnosis of acute arthritis, however, up to 15 to 25% of sarcoidosis complicate arthritis, typically in ankle joints. Sarcoid arthritis is reported to occur mainly in young northern Europe women, whereas this case intimate that we should take sarcoidosis into account as the differential diagnosis of ankle arthralgia also among Asian men especially when combining upper respiratory symptoms.
