A case of bilateral renal cell carcinoma with multilocular cysts is described. A 42-year-old female was admitted to our hospital for the purpose of further examination or right renal cystic mass discovered incidentally by ultrasonography. After she was examined by CT-scan and angiography, right nephrectomy was performed under the diagnosis of right renal cancer. Histological diagnosis was multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma. Multiple, giant fibroadenomas are histologic and clinical variants of "juvenile" or "giant" fibroadenomas. These tumors are rare and occur mainly in adolescent and young adult black females. The individual lesions are well encapsulated with a histologic pattern primarily of the "juvenile" type, although cases of the "adult" type have been reported. A high incidence of recurrence is noted upon local excision, although this may decrease as the patient becomes older. Only rare cases of extraovarian Brenner tumors have been described. This report concerns one case of extraovarian Brenner tumor detected in close association with an extraovarian benign serous cystadenoma. Coexistence of these two tumors supports the theory of a common origin either from celomic epithelium or remnants of the embryonic mesonephric system.

The malignant transformation of enchondromas in patients with Ollier's Disease is a well known occurrence although few studies have prospectively followed patients with this disease and reviewed the frequency of this process. A case of inverted papilloma with subsequent heterotopical recurrence of inverted type transitional cell carcinoma is reported. A 24-year-old man had a medical examination of our hospital with chief complaint of asymptomatic macroscopic hematuria on October 23, 1982. Cystoscopy revealed a smooth surfaced and finger-tip sized tumor at the bladder neck. Because of the large bulk and the location of the tumor, the tumor was resected through cystotomy. After histological examination, the tumor was diagnosed as inverted papilloma. Cystoscopy was repeated every 3-6 months. The tumor recurred 4 times

We present an unusual case of multiple unilateral renal angiomyolipomas occurring together with lymphangioleiomyomatosis of the regional lymph nodes. The association of these 2 hamartomatous lesions has been described only rarely but lends support to the concept that they represent a forme fruste of the tuberous sclerosis disease complex.

We describe a 66-year-old black male who first presented with subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus (SCLE) and was later found to have malignant melanoma adjacent to a common blue nevus. The melanoma was located on the left buttock and in several left inguinal lymph nodes. Following complete resection and lymph node dissection the patient developed widespread leukoderma. To our knowledge this is the first report of malignant melanoma arising in a common blue nevus. The literature on SCLE and leukoderma in the setting of melanoma is reviewed.

Multiple spinal tumors are relatively rare and account for from only 1.2 to 9.5% of all spinal tumors. Half of the multiple spinal tumors are accompanied with von Recklinghausen's disease. Since March 1983, we have encountered 31 spinal tumors including 11 neurinomas, three of which were multiple and showed no manifestations of von Recklinghausen's disease. Fifty-one cases of oral condyloma acuminatum are reported, bringing the total number in the English medical/dental literature to approximately 156 cases. Ninety-five percent of the 59 new cases were in males. Eight-one percent occurred in the age range of 21-40 years. The most common locations were upper lip, lingual frenum, dorsum of the tongue, and lower lip. Thirty-four percent presented with multiple lesions.

Two cases of adenocarcinoma arising in extraovarian endometriosis 19 and 8 years following abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy are described. Both patients presented with hydronephrosis. One had been on chronic estrogen therapy. The literature is reviewed in reference to frequency, tumor type, and sites of occurrence.

A rare combination of ocular melanoma with chronic myeloid leukemia was registered in a 61-year-old woman. The case history was not properly assessed in due time, therefore, the reason of ophthalmectomy was not identified leading to misdiagnosis. Neither chemotherapy nor radiation treatment was administered that permitted the author to establish a metachronous character of the primary malignancies. Melanoma was also uncommon for spindle cell components prone to late dissemination, specific alveoli resembling nevoid structures. There were metastases to the spleen.

In the course of routine pathologic examination of an ovarian serous cystadenoma excised from a 35-year-old woman, an intravascular mass in the cyst capsule was noted. Histologically, this was found to be an intravenous capillary hemangioma. To our knowledge, no such lesion has been previously reported. The relationship of this lesion to intravenous pyogenic granuloma and features by which the two may be distinguished are discussed. Other primary intravascular endothelial tumors are briefly reviewed.

A case of multiple cavernous hemangiomas of the lung is presented. A 61-year-old woman was suffering from mitral stenosis and insufficiency. On the chest roentgenogram, multiple tumor shadows were revealed at all the lobes of the lung. She had been followed up for about 10 years under the diagnosis of the metastatic carcinoma of the lung.
