Vaginal metastasis from pancreatic cancer is an extreme case and often indicates a poor prognosis. We present a case of pancreatic carcinoma with metastasis to the vagina that was discovered by vaginal bleeding. To our knowledge, this is the third case in the world of a primary pancreatic adenocarcinoma discovered of symptoms from a vaginal metastasis.

Lower genital tract malignancy during pregnancy is rare. Due to the rarity of this condition, the best evidence in its management is based on case reports. The management of the lower genital tract malignancy is influenced by factors including oncological factors, maternal and foetal effect of treatment, and other religious and ethical issues in a multidisciplinary approach. In most cases, the woman can continue with the pregnancy. This chapter describes the management of vaginal and vulval cancer during pregnancy based on available case reports.

A fibroepithelial polyp of the vagina (FEPV) is a mucosal polypoid lesion with a connective tissue core covered by a benign squamous epithelium. A vaginal polyp must be considered in the evaluation of interlabial masses in prepubertal girls. This article describes a newborn girl with an interlabial mass that the histological analysis revealed to be an FEPV. Surgical excision of the mass was performed, and the patient has not experienced recurrence after 1-year of follow-up. A review of the literature revealed that our case was the third reported case of a fibroepithelial polyp in a neonate.

The female genital tract is an extremely rare site for Rhinosporidiosis. Here we described a 13 year old girl who presented with a slow growing polypoid fleshy mass in the posterior vaginal wall near the orifice for 6 months with scanty bleeding from the mass. The girl was admitted to hospital with profuse watery vaginal discharge. Excision of the mass was followed by histopathological examination which confirmed the diagnosis Rhinosporidiosis.
