In 17 controls, and 17 patients with sinus nodal dysfunction, an electrophysiologic study was made of sinus nodal function and atrioventricular nodal conduction in the basal state. This study was aimed to investigate the possibility of modifying the rate of aging of diisopropylfluorophosphate-inhibited neuropathy target esterase (NTE) of hen brain. Mean and maximal micturition volumes following a standardized water intake were determined before and up to three days after unilateral pelvic ganglionectomy or sham operation in adult male rats.
