Echinococcal disease of the liver generally presents as single or multiple hepatic cysts. Rarely, these cysts may rupture into the biliary tree and cause cholangitis, biliary tract obstruction, or biliary colic. These complications are accompanied by high morbidity, and in the case of biliary tract obstruction, mortality rates as high as 50% have been reported. Lead colic is a rare cause of abdominal pain. The diagnosis of lead poisoning is most often mentioned in at risk populations (children, psychotic). We report the case of a 2 year old child that was presented for acute abdomen. Abdominal plain radiograph showed multiple intra-colonic metallic particles and suggested lead poisoning diagnosis. To report the first known case of a completely intracorporeal robotic-assisted laparoscopic ileal ureter in the pediatric population, a 12-year-old boy with near-complete replacement of his right ureter with nephrogenic adenoma and resulting debilitating renal colic. Patients with biliary dyskinesia have biliary colic, a normal gallbladder ultrasound, and a gallbladder ejection fraction typically less than 35%. We report a retrospective review of 70 patients with biliary dyskinesia who underwent cholecystectomy. Seventy-seven percent of the patients were women. Average age was 40.
