Current perspectives and challenges of digital hypertension: artificial intelligence in the management of hypertension.

Hypertension remains a leading global health challenge. However, decades of conventional strategies have failed to achieve adequate blood pressure (BP) control rates. Given the complex pathophysiology and diverse risk factors of hypertension, the primary barriers to its effective management are an inadequate recognition of cardiovascular risk, as well as suboptimal methods for accurate, early-stage diagnosis and phenotyping. This persistent public health problem underscores an urgent need for transformative innovations of hypertension management. Digital hypertension is an emerging field that

The relationship between digital literacy and academic innovative behavior among STEM students: the mediating roles of knowledge-sharing intention and creative self-efficacy.

INTRODUCTION: With the deep integration of digital technologies into higher education, digital literacy has become a key antecedent influencing college students' academic innovative behavior, yet its underlying mechanism remains insufficiently explored. Unlike previous studies that have focused primarily on a single mediating pathway, this study draws on knowledge creation theory and social cognitive theory to propose a parallel mediation model, aiming to simultaneously examine the unique roles of the "intention-based pathway," represented by knowledge-sharing intention, and the "belief pathwa

Digital Media, Anxiety, and Depression in Children.

There are growing concerns about the impact of digital technologies on children's emotional well-being, particularly regarding fear, anxiety, and depression. The 2 mental health categories of anxiety and depression will be discussed together because there is significant symptom overlap and comorbidity. Early research has explored the impact of traditional media (eg, television, movies) on children's acute fears, which can result in anxieties and related sleep disturbances that are difficult to remedy. More recent research deals with the interactive nature of newer media, especially social medi
