This study determines the circadian variation of transient asymptomatic paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT). A total of 416 asymptomatic PSVT episodes (> or = 10 consecutive supraventricular beats) recorded in 62 patients were obtained from Holter monitoring.
