We have determined the crystal structure of the DUF16 domain of unknown function encoded by the gene MPN010 of Mycoplasma pneumoniae at 1.8 A resolution. The crystal structure revealed that this domain is composed of two separated homotrimeric coiled-coils. The shorter one consists of 11 highly conserved residues. Hereditary torsion dystonia represent a clinically and genetically heterogeneous group of movement disorders. PURPOSE: In the film The King's Speech, the credibility of the king's speech clinician, Lionel Logue, is challenged. This article examines Logue's credentials in light of the credentialing standards and attitudes of Logue's time as well as those affecting today's practices. The aim is to show how standards of legitimacy change with the times.
METHOD: Documents related to clinical qualifications and clinical practices are analyzed for the period in the early 20th century, when Logue practiced. They are then compared with how clinicians of today attain professional legitimacy.

There are a growing number of reports of late onset of stammering from clinicians but a lack of data concerning the nature, aetiology and outcomes of therapy. This research attempts to replicate in Great Britain a survey of clinicians carried out in America. Clinicians completed a questionnaire on their clients with acquired stammering. Background: Surveys of awareness of aphasia have been conducted worldwide. There has been no survey of change in awareness in one place over time. A survey in Exeter, UK in 2001 found awareness of aphasia was strikingly low.
