Work is devoted diagnostics of sialozy in parotid salivary glands and early exposure of cancer at sialozy. For diagnostics we used are sonografy methods of research (ULTRASONIC + coloured dopplerografy) and sonoelastografy (SEG) methods. Marked uninvasiveness and high exactness of diagnostic methods at the disease of sialozys and cancer.

We performed measurement of mechanical atrioventricular conduction time intervals in human fetuses assessed by Doppler echocardiography and provided reference values. Dieulafoy's disease is a rare vascular malformation represented by an abnormally enlarged submucosal arterial vessel. This malformation is mostly found in gastrointestinal tract causing spontaneous bleeding although a few cases have been described in the bronchial tree. Recognizing Dieulafoy's malformation is crucial for the bronchoscopist in order to avoid biopsy that can lead to a massive hemoptysis, sometimes fatal. In this case report we show the clinical utility of endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) in the evaluation of bronchial alteration suspicious for Dieulafoy's malformation.

OBJECTIVES: This study was undertaken to compare the amniotic fluid index (AFI) obtained with gray-scale ultrasound and color Doppler.
STUDY DESIGN: We examined 77 patients ranging from 22 to 41 weeks' gestation with two of five sonographers obtaining two measures of the AFI utilizing gray-scale and color Doppler.
