We report here a case of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with pulmonary hemorrhage and anti-glomerular basement membrane (anti-GBM) antibodies. A 42-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with complaints of exanthema, arthralgia, shortness of breath, and hemoptysis.
