A 60-year-old woman with extensive hematuria visited our hospital. Cystoscopy revealed a tumor with an edematous surface on the left lateral wall of the urinary bladder. To diagnose the tumor, we performed a transurethral resection of the bladder tumor. Pathological examination suggested leiomyoma. Four weeks after the transurethral resection, magnetic resonance imaging revealed an increase in the bladder tumor. She received partial cystectomy. Pathological analysis revealed an inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor. No recurrence was observed 9 months after the initial operation.

A 53-year old female visited our hospital with a complaint of continuous urinary incontinence after sexual intercourse. She had been diagnosed with carcinoma of uterine cervix stage I b2 and had undergone radical hysterectomy and radiation therapy (45 Gy). Cystoscopy revealed vesicovaginal fistula in the trigone which measured almost 3 cm. We repaired it by transabdominal and vaginal routes 5 days after the injury. She was discharged with a Foley catheter. Three months after the operation, cystography revealed improvement of vesicovaginal fistula.

We present an interesting case of bladder necrosis in an 11-year-old boy with sickle-cell disease. The patient initially presented with sudden onset of abdominal pain and went on to have gross hematuria with clots and severe dysuria. Cysto-urethroscopy revealed global hemorrhagic cystitis and a suprapubic catheter was inserted percutaneously during cystoscopy. The symptoms spontaneously resolved over several weeks and the child voids normally at last follow-up. Multiple bladder biopsies were taken and all were completely necrotic.
