We report a case of a 49-year-old male who presented with an acute jejunojejunal intussusception revealed by abdominal pain and vomiting. Malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) is a rare tumor and associated with very poor prognosis. The median survival time( MST) was 8.9 months for those treated by palliative care only. We report a 65-year-old man who presented with productive cough, weight loss, and a heterogeneous right apical lung condensation. The authors present a retrospective study of 12 cases of cystic adenomatoid lung malformations in clinical surgery unit "A" at the Rabat Children's hospital, between 1999 to 2006. Two pregnancies with lung malformation were identified. All of the patients were symptomatic. The treatment was surgical in all cases (lobectomy: 11 cases; pneumonectomy: one case).
