METHODS: This cross-sectional study included 160 patients with PsA who met the CASPAR criteria. Discordance was defined as a difference of ≥2 mm or ≥3 mm on a 10-mm visual analog scale (VAS); both thresholds were used in the analyses. The questionnaires also are used to measure treatment outcome but were not designed for this purpose. To address these issues, a new questionnaire has been suggested, the tinnitus functional index (TFI), which is highly responsive to treatment-related change.
