INTRODUCTION: Congenital choledochal cyst is a congenital dilatation of the biliary tract often associated with a long common bilio-pancreatic duct without obstruction.
PATIENTS AND METHOD: We report the case of two women who presented a congenital choledochal cyst.

Epidemiological data from two series of patients in whom acute pancreatitis (AP) was diagnosed, with a chronological difference of four years between them, were compared. A total of 142 events of AP were analyzed from 128 clinical records. Rhinoliths are calcified masses located in the nasal cavity and may cause symptoms such as nasal obstruction, fetid odour and facial pain. They are usually diagnosed incidentally on radiographic examinations or depending on the symptoms. In this paper we report a 27-year-old Caucasian woman with a calcified mass in the right nasal cavity causing nasal obstruction, anosmia and facial pain. The calcified mass was removed by endonasal approach.

PURPOSE: To report a rare case of lacrimal gland ductule stones.
METHODS: Case report.
RESULTS: A 12-year-old female patient presented with pain, redness and swelling in the superotemporal fornix of the left eye of 1-week duration. She had experienced four similar episodes over a period of 2 years. CONCLUSION: Although computational models suggest the existence of canalithiasis and cupulolithiasis subtypes of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), these subtypes cannot be distinguished from each other based on characteristics of nystagmus. Therefore, although the subtypes probably exist more information is needed from each patient than is available without invasive procedures. Broncholithiasis is frequently associated with hemoptysis and infection. The most common cause of the disease is the presence of calcified material in a bronchus or in a cavity communicating with a bronchus. We present two cases of broncholithiasis treated by surgery.
