Hematuria has been noted to be a presenting symptom of urinary tuberculosis. Poncet's disease is characterized by a polyarthritis that occurs during acute tuberculosis infection in which no mycobacterial involvement can be found or other known cause of polyarthritis detected. We report the occurrence of bilateral sacroiliitis in 2 cases of biopsy-proven sarcoidosis. Tuberculosis was excluded by tuberculin testing and bronchoalveolar lavage in both cases.
