Condyloma acuminatum is a human papillomavirus (HPV)-induced disease. It is usually transmitted sexually, and it frequently occurs in the anogenital area. A finding of condyloma acuminatum in the oral cavity is rare. Besides HPV, other risk factors for oral condyloma include chewing betel quid and smoking. We report the case of a 52-year-old man who presented with a 2 × 2-cm verrucous white patch on his buccal mucosa. He was habituated to both betel quid and cigarette smoking. Lymphangioma is a benign proliferation of the lymphatic vessels that accounts for approximately 4% of vascular malformations and 26% of benign vascular tumors. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical features and epidemiological data of 72 cases of male perianal warts.
METHODS: Seventy-two cases of perianal warts in our clinic dated from June, 2004 to April, 2006 were enrolled in the study, whose clinical information and epidemiological data were collected and analyzed.

Buschke-Löwenstein tumor (BLT), or giant condyloma acuminatum, is a rare sexually transmitted disease. The virus responsible for condyloma is human papillomavirus, usually serotype 6 or 11. A BLT is always preceded by condyloma acuminatum and may occur at any age after puberty. It is characterized by invasive growth and recurrence after treatment, and malignant transformation is possible. We report the case of a 44-year-old male patient with a 2-year history of a penoscrotal Buschke-Löwenstein tumor.

Giant condyloma acuminatum is a large, exophytic, cauliflower-like lesion that usually affects the anogenital region. Localisation in the rectum is uncommon and has a high rate of malignant transformation but does not lead to develop distant metastases. For the time, we report the endosonographic appearance of a malignant intrarectal giant condyloma acuminatum.
