Gastric carcinoma in pregnancy is rare and occurs in only 0.025% to 0.1% of all pregnancies. Due to it's symptoms of abdominal discomfort and nausea, which are common during pregnancy, the diagnosis is usually made in an advanced stage. We present a case of a 37 years old woman who presented at 18 weeks of gestation with abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting accompanied with severe maternal ascites. Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) is increasingly used in paediatric population. We report a case of a 4-year-old boy who, two weeks after PEG placement, presented persistent diarrhoea interpreted as intolerance to enteral feeding. His CT scan confirmed the correct placement of gastrostomy, but during gastroscopy, gastrostomy could not be found in the stomach, and the following colonoscopy revealed migration of gastrostomy to the transverse colon. We report a case of bronchial artery aneurysm (BAA) successfully treated with a combination of transcatheter embolization and stent graft. A 50-year-old woman was referred to our hospital for further examination of a hemispherical bulging lesion on the middle esophagus detected by gastroscopy.
