PURPOSE: To compare the lamina cribrosa (LC) intensity in glaucoma-suspect eyes and eyes with mild to moderate glaucoma using swept-source optical coherence tomography.
METHODS: Optic disc volume scans were collected using swept-source optical coherence tomography in 19 clinically defined glaucoma-suspect eyes and 29 eyes with mild to moderate glaucoma. Primary iridociliary cysts can induce plateau iris configuration and angle closure glaucoma. We report a patient with bilateral, primary, ring-shaped, solitary iridociliary cysts. The right eye displayed normal intraocular pressure, oppositional iridocorneal angle closure, and healthy optic nerve head. The left eye had advanced chronic angle closure glaucoma. The management strategy varied between eyes and is discussed. This, to the best of our knowledge, is the first report of transscleral Diode laser application in an eye with a large iridociliary cyst.

PURPOSE: To investigate whether there is agreement between intraocular pressure (IOP) readings in the supine position at 6 am upon awaking (before getting out of bed) and the IOP at 8 am, also measured in supine position after remaining 30 minutes in this position.
METHODS: In a sample of 50 eyes of 50 patients (normal, glaucoma suspect, and glaucoma patients), 6 am IOP was measured in the supine position upon awaking and before getting up, while 8 am IOP was measured on the same day, also in the supine position after 30 minutes in this position.

A prospective gonioscopic evaluation was carried out upon a cohort of Greek patients who had undergone trabeculectomy for open-angle glaucoma. Sixty-five patients were found to show clinical evidence of exfoliation glaucoma (EXG), whilst nine patients were deemed to have primary open angle glaucoma (POAG).
