28 cases of allergic bronchopulmonary mycosis (ABPM) were diagnosed by criteria formulated in 1977 by Rosenberg and by referring to the results of serum IgE-Af and IgG-Af detection. The common clinical features were wheezing, fever, bloody sputum, sputum plugs, chest pain and loss of energy. On chest X-ray, infiltrates were found in 28 cases, fibrosis in 12, atelectasis in 4, lobar shrinkage in 1, and aspergilloma in 1, Chest films in 14 cases showed shadows suggesting in the presence of CB. 138 patients from the state of Oaxaca, México, 75 male, 62 female, with an average age of 29 years with diagnosis of asthma rhinitis and sinusitis, were studied to determine the frequency of aeroallergens involved. Scratch tests were carried out with glycerinated antigens, 1:20 w/v Hollister S. The findings show house dust mite to be the allergen most frequently present, followed by house dust, cynodon d and rye grass.

The mercurial compounds are known to be a common cause of allergic contact dermatitis. Immediate hypersensitivity is rarely induced by mercurial organic derivatives. The vascular effects and duration of action of two ester-linked local anaesthetics, procaine and amethocaine, and four amide-linked local anaesthetics, cinchocaine, lignocaine, mepivacaine and prilocaine, were investigated in 10 volunteers by intradermal injection using a double-blind technique. UNLABELLED: To the authors' knowledge, this is the first report of an allergy to onabotulinumtoxinA. The 43-year-old woman experienced severe itching after injection of Botox and Juvéderm. Results of prick and patch testing confirmed a T-cell-mediated allergy to Botox. This case can aid in the evaluation of suspected allergies to Botox.

We describe the case of a 42-years-old non-atopic man who developed a severe eczematous reaction in the genital area some hours after the use of a condom (Settebello-Hatù Durex) containing a retarding cream. Patch test revealed a strong allergic reaction to the retarding cream and to benzocaine and paraben mix contained in the cream itself. Condoms with retarding cream should be avoided in man sensitized to local anestethetics.
