An F(1) wild sheep ewe of Argali-mouflon X Mexican desert bighorn breeding was bred to an F(1) ram of the same breeding. A single lamb was born with the external appearance of a normal female. This article reports an experience-based 10-year follow-up of a January 2016 Aesthetic Surgery Journal paper that reviewed over 600 cases of labiaplasty and clitoral hood alteration. BACKGROUND: Clitoral epidermal inclusions cysts are most frequently seen following trauma, especially female genital mutilation. Spontaneous clitoral epidermal inclusion cysts are rare with an unclear etiology and their impact on later sexual function has not been described.
CASE: A 15-year-old spontaneously developed a clitoral mass that progressively enlarged over seven years, ultimately leading to secondary anorgasmia. Surgical removal resulted in restoration of normal anatomy and complete return of clitoral function. Final pathology revealed the mass to be an epidermal inclusion cyst.

Female genital mutilation (FGM) is the ritualistic removal of parts of the external female genitalia. The extent of mutilation as well as the age at which it is performed vary depending on ethnicity. We recognise four forms of mutilation based on the extent of tissue resection, ranging from clitridectomy to resection of the entire soft tissue of the external genitalia. Clear-cell hidradenocarcinoma is a malignant tumor of sweat gland origin. It is most often found on the trunk, head, and extremities.
