Patients who noticed worsening of their skin disease after using topical corticosteroid preparations were patch tested both with the commercial preparation and the corticosteroid itself. Between 1987 and 1989, 10 cases of contact dermatitis due to topical corticosteroids were detected in this way. The authors are presenting a case diagnosed with retrobulbar neuritis in the left eye secondary to multiple sclerosis. The symptoms submitted only under infusions with corticosteroids. A patient with angina pectoris and Sheehan's syndrome underwent off-pump coronary bypass grafting. Perioperative hydrocortisone and oral thyroxin replacement were used, and no relative complication was found postoperatively. Careful perioperative hormonal management is necessary and safe for patients with hypopituitarism to receive off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting.

Juice and acid secretion and neutral red excretion were found to be lowered after stimulation of secretion by meat and histamine. Perioral dermatitis is an eruption that has a characteristic perioral localization. It usually responds rapidly to systemic tetracycline and low-potency topical corticosteroids.
