Behçet's disease is an inflammatory vasculitis with the unique feature of pulmonary artery aneurysms. We describe a patient with Behçet's disease and pulmonary artery aneurysms who presented with massive hemoptysis treated by coil embolization. We report the case of a 58-year-old male with prior Billroth II gastrectomy who presented with worsening abdominal pain. Contrast-enhanced CT revealed a hyperdense, corticated, triangular-shaped foreign body (FB), consistent with a chicken bone, which had undergone retrograde migration and become impacted in the afferent duodenal loop. Tattoo pigment migration can appear on breast imaging, including mammography and ultrasound, where it may mimic malignant findings. In the literature, 19 cases have been reported. This report describes the experience of removing migrated gastrointestinal (GI) stents using a gastrostomy (G) access. Four male patients aged 23-62 years (mean, 42 years) had 6 migrated stents removed using an existing (n = 3) or new (n = 1) G access. Removed stents included 5 covered esophageal stents that migrated into the stomach and 1 distal noncovered duodenal stent that migrated into the proximal duodenum. INTRODUCTION: Migration is a rare but serious complication of the etonogestrel contraceptive implant, and little is known about its extent.
PURPOSE: To document and characterise cases of etonogestrel contraceptive implant migration in the scientific literature.

Acute appendicitis is the most common surgical abdominal pathology worldwide that requires immediate intervention. We report a 78-year-old patient who presented with acute appendicitis. A computed tomography (CT) of the abdomen and pelvis showed acute appendicitis due to appendiceal orifice obstruction from a migrated biliary stent. The condition was successfully treated nonoperatively with endoscopic stent removal, allowing his discharge 72 hours after his admission.
