Dates (Phoenix dactylifera L.) are nutrient-rich fruits with health-promoting properties and broad applications in the food and beverage industries. Various core-modified tellurophene-containing pentaphyrin(2.1.1.1.1)s were synthesized via (3 + 2) condensation of 16-telluratripyrrane with different heterodiols under mild acid catalyzed conditions in 5-12% yields. In July 2008, in France, guidelines for antibiotic prescriptions for urinary tract infections (UTIs) were amended. As general practitioners (GPs) treat numerous UTIs, we wanted to evaluate whether they followed these guidelines. In order to do this, we performed a prospective study. The point of call was urinalyses. Using this selection method together with criteria diagnostic for urinalysis, we confirmed that patients presented a UTI. Each GP was contacted. Eribulin was evaluated in angiosarcoma and epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE) through two prospective international trials. This study exploited a novel patient-derived xenograft (PDX) of desmoplastic small round cell tumor (DSRCT), which reproduces histomorphological and molecular characteristics of the clinical tumor, to assess the activity of cytotoxic and targeted anticancer agents.
