A 56-year-old non-obese woman with a previous history of pelvic surgery underwent an uneventful TVT procedure for the treatment of genuine stress incontinence. Postoperatively she began to report an acute low abdominal pain and a secondary laparoscopy was performed. This work has been aimed at studying the effect of red thyme oil (RTO, Thymus vulgaris L.) on the shelf-life and Penicillium decay of oranges during cold storage. We describe a new approach for cataract surgery in ectopia lentis associated with an inadequately dilated pupil. A Malyugin ring 2.0 is first positioned in the eye to expand the pupil.
