OBJECTIVE: This study examines the relation between the tubo-ovarian structure (TOS) and fertility and explores the possibility of treating unexplained infertility via relocation of abnormal TOS.
METHODS: Anonymous retrospective study on the data from treating 372 women with unexplained infertility between 1999 and 2022. The data included clinical manifestation and treatment outcome of relocating abnormal TOS in these patients. This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic value of HyCoSy using sulfur hexafluoride microbubbles for fallopian tubal patency assessment in infertile females. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of a bygone method, hystero-salpingo-scintigraphy (HSSG), for tubal patency assessment of infertile women.
MATERIAL AND METHODS: Prospective cohort study involving women in the infertility workup at the University of Debrecen, Hungary. Seventy infertile patients were scheduled to either basic dynamic HSSG, post-purge dynamic HSSG, or post-purge dynamic HSSG followed by SPECT/CT for reducing tracer contamination. The increasing use of imaging necessitates familiarity with a wide variety of pathologic conditions, both common and rare, that affect the fallopian tube. These conditions should be considered in the differential diagnosis for pelvic disease in the nonpregnant patient. We report a case of pregnancy in a rudimentary horn that ruptured at 18 weeks. An emergency laparotomy was taken for acute abdomen and ruptured right rudimentary horn pregnancy was diagnosed. Excision of the rudimentary horn and ipsilateral salpingectomy were carried out. The patient's postoperative course was uneventful, and she left the hospital 6 days later.

Hysterosalpingo contrast sonography (HyCoSy) has been compared favourably in the literature with hysterosalpingography (HSG). It does not require ionizing radiation and demonstrates the uterus and ovaries. HyCoSy is reported as being a safe, well tolerated, quick and easy investigation of Fallopian tube patency. A total of 66 patients with proximal Fallopian tube (113 tubes) obstruction, as diagnosed by both laparoscopy and hysterosalpingogram, were each subjected to a transcervical recanalization procedure sequentially using selective salpingography followed, if necessary, by tubal catheterization with a soft Teflon 2-French catheter and finally, if needed, wire-guide cannulation. The case is presented of a twice-failed tubal ligation in a woman with six previous children. The first failure followed laparoscopic tubal occlusion by silastic falope rings, while the second failure was subsequent to tubal ligation and division via minilaparotomy. There is no question that the treatment of choice for ectopic pregnancy is surgery. However, since some ectopic pregnancies terminate in tubal abortion or complete resorption, it is questionable whether surgery is necessary in every case.
