1,3-dinitropyrazole's (DNP) solubility was studied by utilizing the gravimetric method across temperatures ranging 278.15 to 318.15 K and a pressure of 101.2 kPa. In the study, two solvent mixtures were investigated: aqueous methyl alcohol and aqueous ethyl alcohol. Based on the findings, higher temperatures favorably influenced solute dissolution in both solvent systems. Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome (APS) may rarely present with isolated thrombocytopenia that may be diagnosed and treated as immune thrombocytopenic purpura. A 32-year-old woman was given eltrombopag (a thrombopoietin receptor agonist) to treat presumed immune thrombocytopenic purpura. She developed catastrophic APS, with multiple ischaemic infarcts, microvascular coronary thrombosis and digital gangrene. She improved after stopping eltrombopag and starting immunotherapy (corticosteroids, intravenous immunoglobulin and rituximab) but was left with significant neurological morbidity.

The fall armyworm (FAW) is a serious agricultural pest and has developed resistance to multiple insecticides. It is necessary to introduce novel insecticide(s) for controlling FAW. Isocycloseram is a completely novel isoxazoline insecticide. However, its activity and mode of action against FAW have not been reported.
