Extramedullary plasmacytoma (EMP) is a very rare disease and mainly arises in the head and neck area. We herein reported a case of EMP arising in the retroperitoneal space. Retroperitoneal soft-tissue sarcomas are complex, heterogeneous cancers requiring expert multidisciplinary care. They can occur anywhere in the retroperitoneal abdominal or pelvic space. Granular cell tumour is a rare disorder that is characterised by an oval-shaped tumour that has with eosinophilic granules within the tumour cells.
