Primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) is a rare cholestatic liver disease. Differential diagnostics can confuse it with immunoglobulin (Ig) G4-related sclerosing cholangitis (SC), an IgG4-related disease with clearly proven autoimmune origin.
