AIM: Prevention of hypothermia after birth is a global problem in late preterm and term neonates. The aim of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to evaluate delivery room strategies to maintain normothermia and improve survival in late preterm and term neonates (≥34 weeks' gestation).
METHODS: Medline, Embase, CINAHL, CENTRAL and international clinical trial registries were searched. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs), quasi-RCTs and observational studies were eligible for inclusion. Risk of bias for each study and GRADE certainty of evidence for each outcome were assessed.

We examined the effects and safety of Korean herbal medicine (MYOMI-14) to treat infertile men with low semen quality. This study included 17 patients who received MYOMI-14 for 10 weeks. Retrospective analysis of 555 cases with nonspecific pulmonary pathology was performed. OBJECTIVE: Medical adhesives are used to secure wound care dressings and other critical devices to the skin. While high peel-strength adhesives provide more secure skin attachment, they are difficult to remove from the skin and are correlated with medical adhesive-related skin injuries (MARSI), including skin tears, and an increased risk of infection. The effects of clonidine hydrochloride, an agent effective in suppressing other types of flushing reactions, were investigated in patients with erythematotelangiectatic rosacea. Clonidine hydrochloride, 0.05 mg, was given orally twice daily for two weeks. Mean arterial BP was not altered during clonidine treatment. The application of a heat pad in the hyperthermia treatment of malignant skin tumors was examined. The temperature on the skin surface, and at a depth of 1 mm and 2 mm became 42C, 41C and 40C respectively, and was maintained for 4 hours. Two patients were treated with the heat pad alone, four were treated in combination with radiotherapy and one patient each with Pepleomycin injection and Bleomycin ointment. Irrespective of the above methods used, the heat pad was effective.
