PURPOSE: To report Descemet's stripping endothelial keratoplasty (DSEK) as a treatment for corneal edema associated with toxic anterior segment syndrome.

We report 17 cases in which patterns of adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) coexisted with MGA.
