In patients with chronic lymphatic leukemia (CLL) the majority of peripheral blood lymphocytes was characterized as B cells by surface membrane markers. We present our experience with four cases of fetal autopsies with abnormal prenatal ultrasound findings and suspicion of Noonan syndrome.
