A 64-year-old woman presented with recto-cutaneous fistula after tension-free vaginal mesh reconstruction using polypropylene mesh for pelvic organ prolapse. Eleven months after the operation, an ulcerative lesion with stools smell secretion developed in the left hip. We report a case of a 52-year-old female patient, who presented to the emergency department with acute intestinal obstruction. We present a case of complicated Spigelian hernia presented with symptoms of intestinal occlusion, in a 50 years old woman. We describe a new method for placing transscleral sutures when fixating posterior chamber intraocular lenses to the sulcus. An intraocular microendoscope with an 18 gauge probe is used for direct sulcus observation and needle position assessment.
