Circulating immune-complexes (ICs) and complement system (C) were studied in sera from 10 patients with malignant skin melanoma. The syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone (SIADH) associated with neuropsychiatric lupus (NP-SLE) is rare. We report a case of SIADH associated with the new onset of SLE in an 88-yr-old female.
