We describe a case of pseudomyxoma peritonei (PMP) successfully managed with intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemoperfusion. This case is unique due to the concurrent presence of intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm (IPMN) of the pancreas. The patient presented with abdominal fullness.
