Angiokeratoma of the vulva is relatively rare with few cases reported in the literature. The lesions are usually asymptomatic, but clinical presentations can include bleeding and vulval pruritus. Treatments for symptomatic cases include surgical excision, cryotherapy and argon or carbon dioxide laser therapy.
