This study describes the cognitive and behavioral characteristics of five children with Robin Sequence associated with Stickler Syndrome. All showed preserved intelligence, with most scoring within the average range for working memory, verbal inhibition, visuospatial planning, and auditory attention. The authors used neuropsychological tests to assess and classify adult patients with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and controls. METHODS: We assessed seventeen patients before (T0) and after treatment (T1) with CNB 200 mg/day (duration: median 5.6 months, range 3.3-11.6 months).
