CONCLUSION: IBCT technique should be preferred owing to its high graft survival rate and ABG gain. While no significant difference was found in middle ear pressures between ears that underwent IBCT and normal ears, compliance values were found to be decreased in patients undergoing IBCT. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is characterized by synovitis and subsequent joint destruction involving bone and cartilage. Recent therapeutic development have improved outcomes including disease activity and structural progression in RA, and standardized procedures of imaging assessment including modified total Sharp score (mTSS) have contributed largely for the development of therapeutic strategy.
