Our department treated one case of neonatal congenital cyst of tongue in March 23, 2015. The clinical manifestation of the case is mainly laryngeal stridor after birth 10d, and when infants were associated with progressive dysphagia. Electrolaryngoscope examination showed the goitre look like the cyst of tongue. Laryngeal CT scanning showed tongue lesions, consider the possibility of large cyst. Bilateral thyroid gland showed good, and no obvious abnormality was found in the cervical ultrasonography. Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT), an autosomal dominant vascular disease, involves mainly skin, mucocutaneous membranes, and viscera. Epistaxis is one of the most common symptoms of HHT, and chronic, frequently relapsing epistaxis can cause symptoms such as iron deficiency anemia, severe crusting, and nasal obstruction that can cause lower quality of life. Percutaneous ablation allows to treat tumours with temperature modifications. These non-invasive techniques are useful to treat metastatic lung tumours in patients with a slowly evolving disease, which requires multiple local treatment. Ablation is therefore proposed as a locoregional treatment because it has a minimal impact on the lung. Other advantages are its efficacy and a low morbidity. Limits may be the tumour size and its location.

A 53-year-old man with previous aortic valve surgery presented with paroxysmal narrow complex tachycardia, induced by exercise. His PR interval was greater than 400 ms when in sinus rhythm and atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia (AVNRT) was diagnosed with invasive electrophysiological studies. Single echoes were repeatedly inducible with single-paced extrastimuli. Cryotherapy was then used to ablate the fast pathway using single echoes to monitor anterograde slow pathway and retrograde fast pathway function during ablation.

Though osteoid osteoma is a common primary benign lesion of the bones, intra-articular involvement is rare and poses diagnostic difficulties when it affects middle-aged patients. We present the case of a 51-year-old woman with a 2.5 year history of anterior knee pain that was misdiagnosed as osteochondritis dissecans. Radiological findings were absent, whereas MRI showed a well-circumscribed lesion. A local excisional biopsy was performed and microscopic appearance confirmed diagnosis.

Isolated retinal vasculitis (IRV) is a form of retinal vasculitis without other inflammations of the eye or systemic vasculitis. Occlusion of retinal vessels without subsequent retinal ischemia and neovascularization is one of the main problems in the management of such patients.
