Antigonadotropin (Danazol) was administered to 39 patients with endometriosis diagnosed at laparoscopy and confirmed by laparoscopic biopsy. None of the patients had surgical resection of the lesion prior to the treatment. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Actinic keratoses (AKs) have been described with varying color and morphology; however, no reports have demonstrated associations between color, vasculature, and inflammation. In this retrospective study, we analyze the clinical, dermoscopic, and histopathologic features of AKs to elucidate this relationship.

Three patients with facial port wine birthmarks were randomly assigned to receive treatment with topical timolol or the placebo.
