An effective multi-modal treatment option for patients with peritoneal surface metastatic malignancies has progressed and developed over the decades as cytoreductive surgery (CRS), and hyperthermic intra-peritoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) delivers highly concentrated, heated chemotherapy drugs directly to the abdomen during surgery. PRESENTATION OF CASE: A 42-year-old man with a diagnosis of stage IV colorectal cancer underwent CRS and HIPEC using mitomycin-C. On postoperative day 75, he developed scrotal wall necrosis not responding to any medical treatment.
