We examined the association between arterial stiffness using non-invasive pulse wave velocity (PWV) and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) Alzheimer's disease (AD) biomarkers. We conducted a cross-sectional multivariate logistic regression analysis using established cut-off values for PWV and CSF biomarkers.
