AIM: To suggest new method of surgical correction of hypospadias in girls.
MATERIALS AND METHODS: For 50 years under our supervision there were 220 girls diagnosed with hypospadias of various forms. In the diagnosis used anamnesis, examination, catheterization and cystoscopy of the bladder, vaginoscopy, ultrasound and X-ray research methods.

PURPOSE: Our primary objective was to determine the incidence of extravasation on imaging at the time of catheter removal after ventral onlay buccal mucosal graft urethroplasty.
MATERIALS AND METHODS: This is a single center retrospective cohort study of patients who underwent ventral onlay buccal mucosal graft bulbar urethroplasty from 2007 to 2017. This report discusses a rare case of primary malignant melanoma of the bladder in a 71-year-old woman, presenting with dysuria, urinary frequency, and hematuria. A pedunculated mass at the urethral meatus was found, and an 8 cm exophytic bladder lesion was identified via ultrasound. Cystoscopy and histopathology confirmed the diagnosis. Xanthogranulomatous cystitis (XC) is a very rare urinary bladder condition, of unknown etiology. It may mimic bladder malignancy; therefore, histopathologic assessment is crucial in diagnosis. We present a case of a 23-year-old male with NF-1 diagnosed with bladder neurofibroma at childhood with regular ultrasound (US) follow-up since then, who presented with an obstructed left kidney. A detailed evaluation including blood tests and advanced imaging revealed left hydroureteronephrosis associated with a large bladder mass. The patient underwent cystoscopy and resection of the left ureteral orifice that was covered by the mass, and an indwelling ureteral stent was left in place. A follow-up US was performed one month after stent removal showing resolution of the hydronephrosis.

Ureteral fibroepithelial polyps (UFP) are relatively rare, benign tumors. A total of 236 total cases were documented between 1932 and 2013. Notably, imaging studies, including computerized tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) are often negative. Inverted papilloma of the urinary tract is a rare benign lesion. A 59-year-old male who presented with the chief complaint of gross hematuria and acute urinary retention is described. Primary and localized amyloidosis of the urinary tract is considered to be a rare clinical entity with approximately 160 cases documented in the literature.
