This study evaluated five indigenous yeasts (Candida zeylanoides DQ7, Pichia kudriavzevii MDJ1, Torulaspora delbrueckii HG7, Debaryomyces hansenii SH4, and Yarrowia lipolytica SH1) for saltiness-related flavour modulation in a low-NaCl meat slurry model. This study presents a straightforward and efficient bioassay with garden cress (Lepidium sativum L.) for ecotoxicological analyses. Cress seedlings grow upright in hanging plastic bags on chromatography paper soaked with the test substance. Three series of nanosized-formazan analogues were synthesized from the reaction of dithiazone with various types of α-haloketones (ester and acetyl substituted hydrazonoyl chlorides and phenacyl bromides) in sodium ethoxide solution. Corrosion by sulfur compounds is a long-standing challenge in many engineering applications. Specifically, designing a coating that protects metals from both abiotic and biotic forms of sulfur corrosion remains an elusive goal. OBJECTIVE: To develop a simple and sensitive GC/MS method for the determination of 4-nonylphenol (4-NP) and bisphenol A (BPA) from vegetables.
METHODS: After smashed, the samples were extracted using ultrasonic extraction, and CH cartridge was used to clean the impurity, then desorbed with dichloromethane, the elution was chemically dried with anhydrous sodium sulphate and a silylation step was carried out with N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl) -trifluoroacetamide (BSTFA) to enhance the selectivity and sensitivity of the detection. Then the derivation were identified and quantified by GC-MS.
