BACKGROUND: Recently, favorable outcomes from encorafenib treatment have been reported in patients with BRAF-mutated colorectal cancer, which has a poor prognosis.
CASES: Encorafenib was administered to three patients with recurrence after surgery for BRAF-mutated colorectal cancer. Encorafenib and cetuximab were administered to 2 patients, and encorafenib, binimetinib, and cetuximab were administered to one patient.
